The National Institute Of Ayurvedic Medicine, in association with The Institute Of Indian Medicine in Pune India, is proud to offer its Correspondence Course in Ayurvedic Medicine. Consisting of over 600 pages of information including over 100 original charts and diagrams organized in four books, this course was modelled after the curriculum taught at the renowned University of Pune College Of Ayurveda. This Correspondence Course, which required over ten years to complete, was conceived by its authors to be a way to provide the same detailed Ayurvedic information taught at the most prestigious Ayurvedic medical colleges to individuals who cannot spend the necessary time in India. Correspondence Course students also have the option to arrange Phone Tutorials to clarify any areas of confusion in the material. These tutorials are conducted by one of our Senior instructors, all of whom hold at least the BAMS degree from an accredited Indian Ayurvedic college. Tutorial fees are quite reasonable and are available in 30-minute increments which must be pre-arranged by the student by telephone (845.278.8700) Due to the weight and size, (8 Lbs. 6 0z.), of the NIAM Correspondence Course, a shipping and insurance charges will be added to the cost of the item depending on your shipping location.
