Punarnava is pacifying for all three doshas and its and excellent detoxifying herb for water soluable toxins in the blood and muscles. It is considered a rasyana (tonic) for all tissues and organs. Combines wel with arjuna ( Terminalia arjuna) , haritaki ( Terminalia chebula), and guggulu ( Commiphora mukul).
